Yesterday the dog and I made it out onto a short trail hike for the first time in awhile. The wintry sunlight filtering through the trees made an interesting dapple effect, especially on and around the small boggy pond at one end of the trail. I’m fascinated by the jumble of plant life and water and light in this photo.
