a wet day in the woods
It was raining hard yesterday, but the maples were glowing against the dark trees and low clouds.

Was out walking after a soft rain and found two cotinus bushes covered with tiny droplets. The photos would be better if I had had my DSLR with a macro lens, but my phone did pretty well.

A few photos from yesterday’s walk at the Port of Skagit trail system. Sometimes I get frustrated with my cell phone camera, other times I’m happily surprised with its quality. This was a mix.
